Our mission is to educate and train existing and potential caregivers so they are prepared and equipped to care for those in need with confidence, a positive attitude and a set of realistic expectations and accurate assumptions.
What are individual training and workshop programs?
Bridgepaths provides 1/2 day, full day and 2 day training programs for developing the mindset and critical thinking skills to care with confidence and compassion.
Trainer and mentor perspective: Few people are prepared to deal with the stress and tedious activities associated with patients and survivors, family relationships and collaborating with medical personnel.
Our trainers and mentors provide the skills and processes need to perform the role at a high level of confidence.
Vision: Caregivers will be informed and prepared for what to expect in their role and how best to act and communicate in difficult situations.
Goal: Every participant will be better prepared and equipped to provide the necessary steps to bring hope, peace of mind and a proper attitude to those in crisis.
Strategy: To develop communication skills, understand new ways to approach awkward situations and know where to go to get help.
Tactics: Motivate volunteers, professionals and family members to prepare for the event a crisis occurs to a loved one.
